Penetrating Agent JFC-1 - Preparation method
Open Data Verified Data
Put 480 portions of fatty alcohols from C7 to C9 into an enamel kettle with stirring, dissolve 4 portions of solid alkali in an alkali dissolving tank, and then pour them into the reaction kettle. Stir gradually to heat up and dehydrate under vacuum. When the temperature rises to around 120C and no water droplets are visible from the surface of the mirror, stop dehydration. Continue to heat up to 150C, vacuum the air inside the kettle, and fill with nitrogen to remove the air. Then add ethylene oxide under stirring, with a reaction pressure of about 0.2MPa and a reaction temperature of 160-180 ℃. After a period of reaction, take a sample to measure the cloud point. The reaction terminates after the cloud point is qualified. Cooling discharge.

Penetrating Agent JFC-1 - Introduction
Penetrant JFC-1 is a commonly used organic compound with the following properties:
1. Physical properties: Penetrant JFC-1 is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a strong pungent odor. It has a density of 0.9g/cm3 and a boiling point of 165-170°C.
2. Chemical properties: Penetrant JFC-1 soluble in many organic solvents, such as alcohols, ethers and aromatic hydrocarbons. It is a stable compound that does not readily decompose under regular storage conditions.
The main uses of penetrant JFC-1 are as follows:
1. Industrial applications: JFC-1 is often used as a solvent for organic compounds such as dyes, pigments, flavors and fragrances. Due to its strong permeability, it can also be used as a penetrant for polymer materials and plays an important role in some industrial production processes.
2. Laboratory application: In the chemical laboratory, JFC-1 can be used as a general solvent for dissolving, diluting or extracting organic matter. It has good solubility and volatility, and is suitable for many chemical experiments.
The preparation of penetrant JFC-1 involves the technology of organic synthesis, which is generally synthesized by chemical reaction. Specific manufacturing methods may vary depending on factors such as manufacturer and patent protection, and detailed manufacturing methods require consulting relevant literature or contacting suppliers.
Regarding safety information, the following should be noted when using and storing penetrant JFC-1:
1. Toxicity: JFC-1 has certain toxicity and irritation, contact or inhalation may have adverse effects on health. Wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves, goggles and respiratory protection during use.
2. Fire danger: JFC-1 flammable, contact with open flame or high temperature may cause a fire. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature environment during storage to ensure that the storage container is well sealed.
3. Environmental impact: Penetrant JFC-1 may cause pollution to water, soil and air in the environment, and direct discharge should be avoided when using. When dealing with waste liquid, it is necessary to follow local regulations and take appropriate measures for treatment and disposal.
Before using the penetrant JFC-1, please read and understand the safety data sheet provided by the supplier, and use and store under suitable conditions. If you have any safety questions or uncertainties, please consult the relevant professional or supplier.
